As Administrator for Citizen Certification of the AMERICAN CITIZENRY INSTITUTE, Ms. Ward is responsible for authenticating, recording, and preserving all citizen certification records. She supervises the archiving of all pertinent records for purposes of the corporation's census and statistical databases.

As a mother of 2 grown children and grand-mother of 2, Ms. Ward was reared in Southern California wherein she brought up her 2 children. Her strong organizational skills served her well during that period. Ms. Ward enjoys many interests including music and art appreciation, dancing, psychology of human behavior, gardening and home improvement projects.

Ms. Ward revived her working career after her children had grown. She began work with a major telephone company contributing to the improvement of both office procedures and policies. She eventually retired from Verizon Communications after 20 years of service and became a member of the board of trustees of the AMERICAN CITIZENRY INSTITUTE in order to "make a difference for all American Citizens."
