As Registrar of Citizen Enrollment & Records, Judey Marshall is in charge of recording and directing the preservation and maintenance of all official documents regarding citizen enrollment records.

Mrs. Marshall is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana where she graduated from St. Joseph Academy. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from Xavier University in New Orleans. Currently, Mrs. Marshall is pursuing a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree with an emphasis in Health Care Management at the University of Phoenix.

Mrs. Marshall has had a variety of work experiences that include health care administration, social work and insurance claims. Mrs. Marshall has one daughter and lives in Las Vegas, Nevada.
