In his capacity as the AMERICAN CITIZENRY INSTITUTE's Chairperson on the Committee for Citizens' Holiday, Mr. Manzano's objective is to promote the idea of an American Citizens' holiday wherein any and every American, wherever situated, will be able to celebrate a day of self recognition and appreciation for their contributions to American society. Moreover, a day where EVERY man, woman, and child can acknowledge the efforts, contributions and sacrifices that they as American Citizens make on a daily basis including participation in all domestic and foreign matters, the flow of commerce, and the promotion of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Mr. Manzano is administering and supervising the drafting of pertinent federal legislation granting the citizenry of this great nation a day that all can enjoy as "their" day.
Chairperson Manzano has extensive work experience in the casualty insurance industry including liability claims examiner, supervisor, and litigation examiner. He has also held various law clerk positions in Southern California and Nevada. Currently, Mr. Manzano is the Founder and President of Gilbert Manzano, LTD., a paralegal service corporation in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mr. Manzano is from the great state of Texas where he graduated from P.S.J.A. High School in the city of Pharr. He went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Texas-Pan American in Edinburgh, Texas, and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) law degree from American College of Law in Anaheim, California.
