The following Corporate Governance data has been compiled for purposes of integrity and information. This data has been adopted by the Board of Trustees (hereinafter referred to as the "Board") of the AMERICAN CITIZENRY INSTITUTE (hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation") in order to enlighten all private citizens, governmental agencies, corporate America, and ALL interested parties and institutions as to who we are and why we exist.

This Corporate Governance data reflects the Board's commitment to monitor the effectiveness of policy and decision making both at the Board and management level, with a view to promoting and enhancing the rights, duties, and obligations of all American Citizens.

The Board intends that this data serve as a flexible framework within which the Board may conduct its business, not as a set of binding legal obligations.

This Corporate Governance data is not intended to change or interpret any federal or state law or regulation, including the non-profit corporation law of the State of Nevada, the Articles of Incorporation, or the By-laws of the Corporation.

This Corporate Governance data is subject to modification from time to time by the Board pursuant to recommendations of the respective Board sub-committees.
