Mr. Cota enjoys the privilege of Vice-President of Administration for the AMERICAN CITIZENRY INSTITUTE. He bares accountability for all matters regarding the overall integrity, reliability, and authenticity of corporate matters including systems and policies. As co-founder of the AMERICAN CITIZENRY INSTITUTE, Mr. Cota's primary concern is that the corporation maintains its character and original intent, which is to SERVE the American people regarding issues and matters that are of priority concern to them.

Mr. Cota is the co-founder and current General and Risk Manager of Best Choice Home Healthcare, Inc. located in Las Vegas, Nevada. He maintains operational and fiscal responsibility for this company and ensures that all systems, policies and procedures are in place and functioning. Furthermore, Mr. Cota is responsible and accountable for all corporate interpretation, implementation and management of state and governmental rules and regulations.

Mr. Cota is a native Californian who earned his Associates in Arts Degree (A.A.) from Long Beach City College (California) and continued his education at night earning both a Bachelor Science in Law (B.S.L.) and Juris Doctor (J.D.) degrees from American College of Law in Anaheim, California.  Mr. Cota possess considerable experience in the management aspects of conducting a business including that of corporate accountability.
